SecureOdds recognises that some companies' needs may not fall squarely into either the Independent Operator Model or the Full Service Model. You are therefore able to mix and match elements from the SecureOdds portfolio to meet your specific business needs.
The Flexible Options Model allows you to make this choice. Some examples of how the Flexible Options Model can work are noted:
- Company A focuses on the North American sports market and already has a gaming license, as well as in-house e-commerce facilities and customer service. They use SecureOdds software and odds risk management for their sportsbook.
- Company B is a media company based in Europe, entering the e-gaming market for the first time. They utilise most elements of SecureOdds.com's Full Service Model (e.g. SecureOdds.com's licensing, hosting, European sports software and odds / risk management services) but use their own existing e-commerce and customer service facilities.
- Company C is an online gaming operator based in Asia with an existing gaming license. The company concentrates on marketing and promotions in the North American sports markets. They utilise elements of SecureOdds.com's Full Service Model including the managed e-commerce and customer service options for sportsbook.
